Smut and Spice Bookstore accepts returns for eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date. To process a return the item must be in new, unused condition and the customer will need to provide a receipt as proof of purchase. Customers may be eligible for a full refund depending on the situation and reason for return. Once we receive the returned item and confirm it is in new condition, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Kindly note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If you receive a damaged item, don't hesitate to get in touch with customer service to arrange a replacement or refund.
2. Incorrect Items:
If you receive an incorrect item, please get in touch with customer service to arrange a return or exchange for the correct item.
3. Exchanges:
To ensure a faster process time, please return the item as soon as you are able, and once the return is received by the company, we will refund the necessary funds provided the item returned is inacceptable condition.

All orders ship from Perth, Western Australia, and delivery times may vary depending on your location. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
